UnitedAED.com provides Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs), accessories, and related emergency medical equipment.
By accessing this site, you agree to use it for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

By purchasing, you confirm that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment is required at the time of purchase using accepted payment methods.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity is suspected.

Orders are shipped according to our shipping policy. Delivery times may vary depending on carrier delays and other factors beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is shipped.

We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for retail customers only. Wholesale, distribution, and resale clients are not covered by this policy.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of receipt.
Non-returnable items include:
– Opened or damaged electrode pads
– Opened or used batteries
– Opened rescue kits, CPR masks/barriers
For AEDs or training units, the cost of any opened or used electrode pads or batteries that cannot be resold will be deducted from the refund.
If your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or if you are unsatisfied, please contact us immediately at unitedaed1@gmail.com or (888) 912-2563.
Once approved, we will provide a pre-paid return label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Please allow additional processing time from your bank or credit card provider.

The fastest way to exchange a product is to complete a return request, and once accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties. Please refer to the product page or included documentation for details.
UnitedAED is not responsible for improper use, misuse, or failure to follow product instructions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
